Beans on Toast

The most delicious beans on toast I have had is in my host's family in England, when I went there on a cultural exchange program. Trying to recreate that memory I embarked upon experimenting with the traditional Brit breakfast.

Canned Red Beans
Tomato sauce

Stir in the sauce and beans in a sauce pan. Add coriander powder + salt + pepper + chilli powder. Once a thick consistency is achieved pour it over toasted bread. Make sure that the bread is crisp and well toasted.

If you like you can add some cheddar cheese and bake it for a couple of minutes.
