Karachina dosa

3/4 cup Rice Flour, 1/4 + Rava, less than 1/4 cup maida - add all to majigga water 1 cup. Add thalichafied Jeeragam + Green Chillies + Onions (fried in oil) to this. Let this soak for 30 - 60 minutes.

To make dosas let the pan be sizzling hot and the battered to be poured like Rava dosa
