Lauki Kofta

  • Grate l250 gms lauki and squeeze water
  • Mix 1/2 tsp ajwain + 1/2 tsp red chilli powder + salt
  • Mix 100 gms besan to dropping consistency
  • Heat oil to medium
  • Drop in the batter in batches and fry golden brown
  • Serve as pakoras / some gravy
