Sabut Moong Dal

  • Soak 250 gms sabut moong dal (green full ones) for few hours
  • Pressure cook with 2 cups water + ginger paste + turmeric + salt for 20 mts
  • Heat ghee + hing + jeera + ginger + green chillies chopped
  • Then add the stirred dal and boil
