Godhumai Dosa

  • 1 cup wheat flour + 1 cup rice flour
  • Mix in 1/4 cup sour buttermilk
  • chop ginger + green chillies + curry leaves + jeera + hing
  • add diced onions
  • Let it stand for 2 hours
